Newmar Class Motorhome. We have owned the RV since November 2020. The RV has upgrades that include vent covers, sink water purifier, grey water drip system, bathroom makeup mirror and step covers. The RV remains under Newmar warranty through November and has an additional transferable Good Sam Extended warranty through 2024. The Ford Chassis has 5-year 60,000 mile warranty that includes the engine, brakes and dash board area. This RV is in excellent condition. 1. The 3401 length enables entry to all RV parks 2. The RV gets approximately 9-miles to the gallon with an 80 gallon tank 3. The HVAC system has a timer system to ensure comfort in heat and cold 4. Four TV sets allow families to enjoy local channels, WIFI access and DVDs inside and out doors 5. Fresh water is 75 gallons, Grey water is 60 gallons and Black water is 40 gallons.
