Motorhome RV Camper Ford V10 very low miles 45,500 and Onan 4KW generator runs perfect with only 522 hours. I purchased this RV in 2006 and stored it inside my Quonsethut on my vacation property in Montana. It was utilized approximately 6 weeks a year spring summer and fall. All appliance’s working and in like new condition,crt tv was upgraded to a 32 inch LCD and it is connected to a DVD player. Antenna is original and would have to be upgraded to digital type if you want OTAir channels. We have never smoked and did not allow it to be smoked in. This has a nice large armor covered awning that we had only used once. The interior light bulbs were upgraded to LED bulbs to extend battery charge time however these type flicker once and a while. I will include the bag of original bulbs with sale.The generator runs like new and powers the AC unit Ice Cold. Thermostat was upgraded to digital type and operates both heater and AC. The rear CO detector was replaced but original unit is still installed due to the large cut out opening behind it. I replaced all tires in 2012 and they are in like new condition. I also tinted out all camper windows and all window screens are installed with no holes. The flooring and rugs are in like new condition and there are no odors or smells. The sofa folds out into a bed, the dining table drops down to convert into a bed, and platform pulls out under TV into a bed.The shower head side upper plastic panel has been cracked as long as I"ve owned it. I have tape covering them and it has never leaked, see picture. The trim on the bulk heads behind the driver and passenger seats has deteriorated, I have removed plastic trim and installed white vinyl tape over edges, see picture. The oil has just been changed and a safety check completed to include pulling all wheels and inspecting brake pads and rotors, and verified emergency brake is operating correctly. This RV needs nothing and would drive cross country tomorrow. Also truck AC is ice cold. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
