No leaks at all; hard wood floor; no odors; really clean in side; engine in superb condition; tires are good; Rack for kayaks and other cargo on top. records of every oil change from day 1 were kept. Really easy to drive. Full bathroom; solar panels ; I am just not using it as much; It is time to let it go
