Her name is “ Little Tumbleweed”. .absolute restoration. Fame UP! What you can’t see is the most important things in vintage trailer restorations. The original Navaho painting by door is how she got her name. The hidden endless details is what makes her a museum quality restoration. Many ignore subfloor and frame. this is the HEART of an Airstream. I’d put the ranch and horse on the wager that 1 in 500 restores cannot prove or explain the RIGHT WAY to restore. .so. this is a small list of what was done to bring her to the beauty she is today.
1. 1957 was the last year of the coveted 13 panel end caps. The 50s is the most desired of all.
