M105A2 Military 1.5 ton utility trailer fresh from the USMC in Cherry Point, North Carolina. This trailer is a 1989 Eastern Technologies 1.5 ton utility trailer. In 2005 these went through Depot rebuild and were fitted with a new utility bed and the inside of the bed was coated with some type of spray-in bedliner material (similar to Rhino Liner). This trailer is in excellent, almost like new condition. It really doesn"t look like it was ever used by the Marines after it went through Depot maintenance. The paint is in excellent condition, and there is no rust. The bed is not all dented up. This trailer also comes with the bows and the trailer cover. This is one of the nicest military surplus trailers available for sale. Many of these don"t come with the cover, or places charge more for the cover separately. This trailer comes with the cover. Trailer is located in Maryland and is titled and registered in Maryland. You will get a clean, Maryland title with this trailer. The taillight bulbs have been changed to 12v bulbs. You can put the 24v bulbs back in if you want it to work with 24v systems. The lunette ring (tow ring) has been flipped over to lower it and make it easier to use with most pickup trucks and suvs, but it can easily be flipped back over to return it to stock military height.
These trailers come with 20 inch rims. These are the same rims that fit 2.5 ton military trucks, and use the same NDT tires as the 2.5 ton trucks. For sale separately, I have a pair of 16.5 inch rims for this trailer that will allow you to put any 16.5 inch rim tire, or 16.5 x 37.5 HMMV tires on them. The 16.5 inch rims allow you to install a shorter tire, which will lower the height of the trailer several inches. The 16.5 inch rims are for sale separately for $50 each.
