Vehicle description
This T8900 Lola was raced in the 1989 Indianapolis 500 by driver Tero Palmroth and it was originally powered by a Cosworth DFX engine. The car was then sold to Team Menard and converted to Buick power. Menard campaigned this car in the 1990 & 1991 Indy 500 with Gary Bettenhausen as the driver. The car retains it"s 1991 USAC registration stickers and Indianapolis Motor Speedway tech stickers. The car is complete minus motor. The gear box, electronics, turbos, exhaust, extra road course wheels/tires are included. Brakes work. It is currently in speedway trim. The fluorescent paint is somewhat faded. A replica Diecast car model & various trading cards, some with Gary"s signature, are included with the sale. Inspections of the car are welcomed. Buyer pays shipping but I"m willing to assist with shipping in any way I can. Car is located in Batesville IN about 1 hour south of Indianapolis.
