Vehicle description

I am selling my Homemade Tiny House Camper. It was built by me during the summer of 2017.
I love to landscape paint. My plan was to drive across the country documenting and painting what I saw. Well… last spring on my way to work about 7:30am, a deer decided to hop out in front of my GMC Envoy that I was planning on towing the camper house with. Totaled… After a lot of looking, I ended up purchasing a ford fusion hybrid; newer trucks were 30K plus and way out of my price range. So long story short, I now have nothing to tow it with. I kept the camper for another year thinking somehow, I’d still be able to get a beater truck to tow it. It’s not going to happen. So, my loss is your gain! Let me tell you about her. Dimensions are:
Overall length is 18 feet
Cabin is 11 feet by 7 feet
Outside width is 7.25 feet
Height is right about 8 feet It is currently registered in NYS as a homemade trailer. It has one twin bed. But she could quickly and easily be modified to have bunks just by lowering the current bed and installing a bunk above it. I only put in one for storage underneath. It is equipped for solar power. Lights all run on 12 volt. It has one solar panel, two large deep cycle batteries that are linked, and a solar control module. It also has a brand new converter I’m letting go with it. The total weight of the trailer now is about 2000. My build can be viewed on my facebook album titled "Camper Build 17"
https:/ www.facebook.com/max.root.9/media_set… (Click to see how she was built). Extras included:
New in box Coleman oven($45)
New in box two burner free standing stove($99)
Large double lid cooler
New in box 12 volt converter($75)
Solar panel
Solar Converter
Two brand new large deep cycle batteries ($100ea)
Heavy duty tarp/awning with poles and stakes The pictures pretty much speak for themselves. I’m really heartbroken I have to see her. If you have any questions, please ask! I’m totally up front. I want this trailer to go to somebody who will use and enjoy her! I’ll take more pics, explain anything, whatever. Just ask! Thanks for looking!
She would make a sweet hunting cabin if you know someone who hunts up north, or even around here.
