For sale is a well kept fifth wheel camper trailer located near Lafayette, LA. Purchased from an elderly couple in Houma and relocated to Lafayette area where it was used as temporary housing for approximately two months by Laura and Delta catastrophe worker. Trailer was comfortably used as is, see list below for specifications and conditions.
Unloaded VW: 7,090lbs GVWR: 9,500lbs 42 Gal capacity
EXTERIOR: -Siding in good condition with some fading, see images. -Compartments are dry and spacious with no water signs -Windows and doors all function and seal properly -Roof has been repaired recently and continued maintenance will be required to maintain weatherproofing -LP tanks included -License plate bulb not functioning, other lights functioning. -Awning replaced appx 3 years ago by previous owner but not tested. -Tires appx 3 years old (as described to seller by prior owner), Seller recommends replacement before transport. -Elevation jacks all function, front jacks are electric. -Plumbing operational during use, Blackwater tank unused and untested.
Interior: -See pictures for condition, you will be pleasantly surprised. -Slide out fully functional and very large. -Range tested and functioning, oven untested. -Microwave replaced and working -Refrigerator (gas/electric combo) did not work, propane function not tested. -No water entrance found during use despite much rain and storms. Prior damage noted in bedroom where some panel warping in closet was found (minor). Previous owner said the original owner let maintenance slide. There are no signs of damage to ceiling or exposed walls. This unit is solid and whatever water issue there may have been was stopped long before current owner purchased. Inspected thoroughly in September/October when purchased to sellers satisfaction.
Brief: Auction starting at fraction of value. Drone video of roof and exterior could not be uploaded to listing but shows that roof is sound and regular maintenance due.
