Includes comfortable queen bed and a sofa. One of the 2 under-bed storage bins has been divided into 2 pet cages by previous owner with screen door for small dogs or cats. (Current owner has not had pets in the camper.) Current owners are non-smokers. Kitchen includes 2-burner stove and dual tub sink, microwave and 7 cubic foot refrigerator/freezer. The fridge operates on propane or 120 volt electric. Propane or Electric hot water. Bath includes full shower, sink, toilet and hanging closet. Other storage includes pantry, under-fridge canned good drawer, corner cabinets and over-bed storage. External storage is full width for such things as screen tents, ladders and hitch equipment. 2 propane tanks recently filled. New 12 volt marine battery. Furnace and air-conditioning in good condition. Includes a retractable awning, external power sockets and external speakers for the audio system and an external shower. Audio system is included, but the TV is not.
