Good condition for age. Has had a lot of work done on it in regards to sealing on outside. Approx 28ft in length. Soft furnishings worn, there is a tear in the slide-out seat. Selling as-is, needs TLC. Previous owner had for 4yrs and looked after the camper although there are repairs needed, good to use straight away. Waterproof paint on roof last year. Awning needs adjustment. One slide-out. Electrics may need checking out. Everything does work though. Doesn’t appear to be any water damage from roof, patch placed on wall in bedroom, not sure if that was an old water damage site (floor level). When delivered one of the steps got pushed out, they are new, just need knocking back into place. Camper needs a deep clean. We filled gas tank and water then never used it so don"t know everything about this particular model. Just want to get back the money we paid for it or. Only bought one month ago for friend to stay in whilst relocating. Haven’t used it and no longer need it. Clean title. Buyer will have to collect. No deposit required, payment on collection.
