Selling as is. There is no furniture inside of living room area, but the queen sized mattress is still inside. I was getting ready to remodel, but didn"t get around to it due to the holidays. The hoses, jacks, and other accessories will also be included. This RV is 27-foot I purchased this RV for work, but no longer need it because I"m unable to work in the field now because I"m expecting a little one. You will need to pick up, I"m not shipping unless you are going to pay for it.
