UPDATE: I am very motivated to sell this item as I need to attend to many other matters. I have enjoyed this vehicle for outings and would love for it to find a great home. 1989 Ford E350 Diesel Eco Utility Van. Drives well. No issues. New batteries. Open floor plan. Use as a tiny house with off the grid concept or park it in your backyard, hook up to power, etc and use as an extra place to sleep or get away. Couch is VERY comfortable. Once used as a mobile children"s clothing business - hence the hanging rods, which can be removed easily for other options. Sold As Is. However it is in very good condition for the year. Reasonable wear and tear. Carpet is good. Needs new blinds. Couch included. Great storage space in cabinet above driver/ passenger section and more in the back behind the door with exit door in rear and an RV type door on the side with screen. Asking $5995.
