Couch is VERY comfortable. Once used as a mobile children"s clothing business - hence the hanging rods, which can be removed easily for other options. Sold As Is. However it is in very good condition for the year. Reasonable wear and tear. Carpet is good. Needs new blinds. Couch included. Great storage space in cabinet above driver/ passenger section and more in the back behind the door with exit door in rear and an RV type door on the side with screen. Price drop.
