1971 FIAT 850 SPIDER RACE CAR / VINTAGE RACER / 903CC 60 CI
Selling a 1971 Fiat Spider race car that I recently purchased due to abrupt changes in my health.
Car has been raced for many years. Has had changes and up-dates to the roll bar from old style square full width bar to newer style single continuous loop roll bar.
Body and Livery are in very good condition.
[4] Very Rare Cromodora Wheel Rims in Excellent Condition. Rims are worth over $1.2 K by themselves.
No engine or transmission installed at this time but car will come with a low millage 1973 Spider transmission and bell housing I just received, [3] Blocks, [2] Heads, [1] Alloy oil pan and numerous other parts to build a 903cc racing motor.
Two repair manuals included with sale.
I purchased this race car as a small and simple vehicle to get started in Vintage Racing on a budget. Unfortunately due to an abrupt change in health I will not get to race it but hope someone else gets the chance. I have been told by a former driver of this car that it handles very well. It is very light weight and should be very quick off the line.
Light enough to pull with a car and small trailer.
Car is in my storage unit / shop and is available for inspection at any time.
Sold with "Bill of Sale" only. Has body tag and other information but has no title as it has been off the road for a long time. Title has been lost over the years.
