Only takes 2 minutes to put it up and can be done by 1 person (although 2 is easier). Trailer is completely water-proof (even when putting up) and has excellent 3 burner stove (propane) with oven, kitchen sink with water supply, water heater, full enclosed bath with recirculating toilet, shower/tub. New mattress queen bed in back, separate wardrobe, pull-out couch sleeps one or two. Plenty of storage and so easy to pull and put up. Don"t struggle with tents or canvas, put up your hard-sided camper and feel safe! No running out to outhouses! Everything works as it should.
