Tows like a lightweight trailer, but opens to a hard-shell living space: AC, 2 bedrooms plus a convertible dinette, a full kitchen, and a full bathroom. Dry weight of 2673 lbs. Tows with a minivan! Swing away hitch for easier garage storage - closed length is 19.25 feet - 17.25 ft with the hitch swung to the side. Look at the Trailmanor website to see how easily this opens and closes. It doesn"t leak! Even stayed dry in the massive storm we had on the 20th. Lovingly refurbished inside; fresh paint, all new curtains, new flooring. It has new wheels and tires, a new AC shroud, and a new tongue jack. I’m including the bedding and custom-made blankets. We’ve added 2 cabinets in the kitchen. Lots of extras; Rhino waste tote, water hose and filter, 4 chocks, leveling blocks, chemicals, 2 adapters, surge protector with cover, one-year-old battery, 2 propane tanks with propane in them, lots of waste hoses.
