Power center $200 Ac $500
JackKnife Couch / Bed $350 Trailer frame $2,000 Lp tank Holder & Regulator $80 Camping Stove 3 burner $150 That"s over $5,000
I understand this stuff isn"t new I"m just showing when purchased separately how much all this stuff can cost.
What this Listing includes:
#1 RV trailer frame. (first picture) This is a heavier duty frame than most of the ones you can buy. Includes a braking system. Leveling jacks on all four corners. About 18" 6" long 7" wide. Roughly 15" of it could be used as trailer interior space with some modifications. 7 pole electrical connector. Note- front rubber jack wheel will is rotting. They are pretty common and cost $15-20 new.
#2 Dometic 3 Way Refrigerator RM2192 / RM2193 ? (second & third picture) Can run off of LP gas, 12v (battery or vehicle alternator) and 125 volts AC. I believe you can get new front covers for these to make it look more modern. say black. Maybe you could take the wood insert out and just leave it with the gray plastic molding. Uses 115 watt max on 12v or 115v
#3 Suburban Furnace DD-15DSI (fourth picture) Input 17,000 output 12,750 - believe I read 50 watt max 12v for the blower
#4 Thetford Cassette Toilet C2 (fifth picture) comes with right side cover. Your supposed to be able to make it work for either side.
#5 Duo-Therm Roof Top Air Conditioner Model 57915.531 (sixth picture) -note the shroud is brittle and has a hole in it. I can give you some rubber tape to cover it but I can"t imagine the plastic will last more than a few more years. Pre-wired for optional heat package AC BTU 13,500 1670 watts for AC and 1530 watts for the heater.
#6 MagneTek RV & Marine 6600 Series 30 Amp Power Distribution Center Model 6620 (seventh picture)
Input 120 volts 60 hertz 3.5 amps Output 12 volt 20 amp 4 fuse holders 120 volt: Breaker with one 15 amp pole for the AC and one for a 15 amp circuit. Available slot for another breaker
#7 12v lighting system and some turn signals (eighth picture)
#8 Available manuals (eighth picture)
#9 Jack Knife Sofa / Bed (ninth picture) you could make a storage cabinet underneath it. -note its folded in half in the picture, comes with some additional cushions I salvaged.
#10 Perfect Chef LP 3 Burner Range (tenth picture) -note this thing is pretty ugly and dated. It"s nice because you could put a track on the exterior and use it outside as well. Since its compact maybe you could make a slot underneath the frame and store it there.
#11 Two Stage LPG Regulator and Stand (eleventh picture) should hold two #20 or #30 pound tanks.
#12 Cabinetry
Optional - Free & not picture
#12 Manual Awning think it"s about 10 feet long should probably get a new case for it and will need a track #13 Small sink #14 small tank believe it"s abut 5 gallons
What happened? I bought this a few years ago when it was a popup camper. I knew one of the sides of the roof was rotted out. When I opened it I knew the whole roof needed to be replaced. I invited several buddies over to help me take the roof off because I knew I couldn"t do it by myself. I enticed them with brews and cash but no one ever showed up. So I took it all apart. I ended up getting a motorhome that"s more ready to roll. I"m not sure when I"ll ever have the time to do this and would rather try and turn it into cash to do preventive maintenance or buy items for my RV.
My vision (ver 2.0) a light weight modular trailer.
Two doors, of standard door on the side and a toy hauler ramp in the back.
Permanent fixtures: in the front by the jack the fridge, 24 gallon lp tank, power center with batteries, the furnace and fridge. The tanks on the hitch could serve as extended stay. Over that a single bed / couch that slides out into a queen. 12 lighting, Roof AC, a couple solar panels. Interior tie down tracks. Fresh Water tank.
Modular / Removable: Jack Knife couch bed, Kitchenette, Bathroom Shower, Table Bed. .
