The roof leaked over the shower during the heavy California rains last winter. I repaired the roof with sheet metal and foam insulation.
The forward storage pass through door also leaked. New seals have been placed around the doors and new plywood installed in this storage area.
The bathtub cracked in the rear of the tub and was repaired with multiple layers of marine fiberglass 10 years ago and has functioned perfectly well since then. The bathtub does not leak.
The awning has vinyl tape at the top of it to prevent any further UV damage. It works perfectly well.
