This 36 foot GLAMPER is in excellent condition. Has no leaks, everything functions properly and is ready to go. Has very few road miles. Was on a campsite lot for 2 years and used very little. An unfortunate loss has now made it necessary to sell by owner. It is on owners property, just outside Hamburg, PA, and if sold as an auction it is as is where is. If you take advantage of the extremely good buy it now price we at FIX IT ALL will install a new awning, new battery repair the aluminum ladder (top rung needs to welded in place) and have it at our spacious level lot in Hamburg, PA. If you win by bidding we can still do the small repairs at your request. Any way you look at it you will not find a better camper at this price. This 5th wheel has all the luxury and practical features you would want for camping. Lets start with the 5th wheel quick connect plates, stand and automatic lever system then up to the roof where we have our Blue Sky Energy solar boost 2000E system. (the lights in the camper are on in the pictures but it is not hooked up and there is no battery installed) Now down to the Dometic AE power awning which works perfect but the fabric is worn. We have 4 power slide outs and a skylight in the living area. This has a large master with massive storage and a hook up for stack-able washer/dryer and TV. The kitchen is huge which features beautiful wood finishes, quartz counters, stylish faucet, microwave, full refrigerator, range and ample storage. The separate dinning table and 4 chairs are a great feature and open to the stunning living room. This has the full size sofa bed, 2 lounge recliners in front of the large picture window. Turn around an you are facing the built in fire place next to the built in office space. Comes with sound monitor with sub woofer and built in speakers.
