MUST SELL: This cute camper is a 2016 but has never been camping! I bought it in 2018 as a used camper from a dealer due to the year it was built, but it has not been used. My plan in retirement was to camp but personal issues have caused this bucket list item to be deleted.
It is very unique as it has a bbq grill on the back along with a sink and small frig. Convenient for evening suppers and storing drinks! The inside is perfect for one couple as the bed is a queen and the inside kitchen is a slide out. There is plenty of storage above all cabinets, the table/bed, bathroom, and the heating/cooling unit area. AC and heat work fine as far as I know (it did when I bought it). It comes with the starter kit that I"m glad to include, and will even include my back up attachment if you need one of those to more easily align the jack with the ball. The awning is on electricity as is the tongue jack so no need to crank anything except windows and vents! It also comes with heavy-duty sway bars which make towing very easy and safe. I also bought an attachment to put a TV on the wall but never got the TV. That piece will also be included. It has the rubber roof and it is made with Ultralight material, making it a lighter camper at 4500 lbs. I"ve towed it with my 2010 Ford Explorer with no problem. Camper may be seen via appointment in Villa Rica off Rockmart Rd. Address will be provided as needed. Seller will meet you there along with a knowledgeable camper friend who can answer questions.
