The complete top roll out cover for theforward slide out is stored within a compartment of the RV. The dolly trailer does include the nylon strap tie downs for you to tow your vehicle behindt the RV.
Thanks for your question.All of the mechanical operating parts are there for the rear and front slides. You can see in the picture of the rear room all that is needed is to weld a steel square tube onto the end of the black railsyou see in the picture. All i did was shorten the slide rail so I could use the room without having to extend the slide out. .

bedding. That same platform contains the fresh water tank, the electricity circuit control box,the inverter to convert 110 volt AC to 12 volt DC. Basically all of those things are under the bed, that is why I took the picture so the buyer can see. 2. Floor has no damage andthere is no mold anywhere. . I have never smoked in the RV, but I cannot vouch for previous owner. You may need to know that all RVcampers are built with substances that you list as bothersome. Ther are no active vapors that I am aware of. The inverter does work, and the Onan built in Generator also works. Everything works except for the slide outs as I have described. Personally I dont like slide outs. To each their own. The only reason I am selling the RV and car dolly trailer is because my health and abilitys have gone south, and a RV of this size is beyond my capabilities. I have to live within my limitations. The joining seals used in construction, of Class C vehicles are notorious for water seepage. The Eternabond seal tape has a protective layer to protect the sealant from UV rays of the Sun. I dont use the front slide out so I had it sealed with Eternabond also. This is a used motor homeand it does show signs of wear and scratches and sealant in some areas, as can be seen in the photographs.If you dont like the eternabond sealant, then dont buy it. This is not a brand new RV in show room condition. It is a used RV that has years of service life yet.
