13" Burro Camper. This is in great condition. This is a light weight camper for easy towing. 1300 lbs, with around 150 - 200 lbs on the tongue with the double propane tanks. The small size is easy to tuck into campsites and on your property. Table and seating area converted to double bed with 2 layer memory foab mattress. It is very comfortable to sleep in. The other side features another seating but it is converted now as bench seating area/sleep station for kids.
All of the original cushions and bed conversions come with the unit. They are in excellent condition, with no stains. This has a working propane fridge, cooktop and heater.
Interior height 6’ 2”. Outside height 93”
Ceiling vent
Drop down rear bumper jacks and front jack provide stability.
Floor is in in good shape.
Tires like new. Wheel bearings in great shape.
Propane fridge works. 2 burner cooktop works great. The heater worked the one time I used it, but honestly I found the 4 step process with the thermocoupler being held for 60 seconds a little complicated for myself as a gas novice.
All exterior lighting works.
This camper has 110v electrical for campsite with interior outlets. Also has a Tripplite DC converter For a 12v battery Connection to take you off the grid.
The camper has been out in some major rainstorms and it doesn"t leak.
Includes brand new cover for storage.
