New automative paint in a dark copper bronze color (has some spider cracks throughout). New roof vent. New tinted plexiglass in all windows (except front). New subfloor. New click together waterproof rubber flooring. New manual tongue jack. New 7 pin tow connector. New stabilizers in rear. New 30amp electrical exterior outlet. New safety chains. New propane lines.
