The vehicle is in great condition. It has around 175,000 miles on it,40 ft in length, 24 valve cummins diesel with Allison transmission. The alternator is brand new, and the battery is also new but will probably need to be charged to start up and ran for a while for it has been sitting for a couple months. On the inside I have ripped out the old flooring, treated the entire steel flooring for rust, and then coated it with a rust preventive paint. I insulated the flooring with new insulation and put .668 inch wood base layer down, for I wanted the floor to feel rigid. I have ripped out the siding and replaced all the old insulation with new insulation. I have also drilled 2x4 wooden studs throughout the length of the bus to attach whatever furniture or appliances to. I also bought a brand new Jotul wood burning stove shown in the pictures above. I build the heat resistance platform it is sitting on. The stove is more than efficient to heat the entire bus, and also has a place to put a pan on top to cook off of. I have done nothing electrical to the bus, for I wanted to allow the new owner to personalize the bus. All the ugly stuff is done, it"s in a perfect position for the new owner to start having fun with it. While living in Portland I was able to take this thing on many trips from the coast to surf, up Mt. Hood to ski, and up to Bend. I had no problems making to any of those spots. It cruises just fine on the highway. I am selling it because I now live in Jackson Hole, WY. It is extremely expensive to live here and I would be unable to find a place to keep the bus.
