Inspection Buyers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle prior to submitting a bid. Appointments for inspection must be scheduled in advance and must be between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. No appointments will be made during the weekend. Waiver of Liability We require a Waiver of Liability to be signed prior to or at pick-up. Pick-up Terms Directions to the pick-up location will be provided to the winning bidder. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to load and/or transport the vehicle from its location. Removal of purchased vehicle should be completed within 10 days of cleared payment. If you pay for your vehicle and do not pick it up in 21 days after payment you will be in default. Your payment will be forfeited and no refund will be given. Appointments for pick-up must be scheduled in advance. Pick-ups are generally available between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. The use of a third party to pick up the vehicle is at buyers’ expense and at the discretion of the Seller. To use a third party shipper the winning bidder must: 1. Notify us immediately after winning the vehicle that you intend on using a third party for pickup of the vehicle. 2. Complete and return the authorization form, (that we will provide). The form must be returned to us with accurate information.
