Up for auction is a 1995 Beaver Patriot Trenton 37ft Diesel Pusher Motorhome with a 5.9L Cummins diesel with Allison 6 speed push button automatic transmission. This motorhome runs and drives excellent! It has lots of power! The wheels are 22.5" Alcoa aluminum rims with goodyear front tires from 2016 and a bridgestone rear tires from 2011 all have good tread and good sidewalls. This comes with the Roadmaster Falcon 5250 tow bar and rear bike rack, also has a rear ladder to this roof. It has 5 awnings, main carefree of colorado awning with protection cover, over the entry door awning and 3 window awnings, 10 gallon water heater, slide out basement storage drawers, Freedom 458 Inverter/charger, dual suburban furnaces. The generator is an Onan 6300 LP generator with 202 hours on it, runs great. This is 50 amp service and has the cord. The interior has the power step cover, gray carpeting and gray dual power leather seats(some wear on passengers torn cushion see pics on website), 5 cup holders, JVC CD stereo, back up camera(blurry but still somewhat visible), overhead storage, corner TV, inverter gauge, tank monitors, windshield curtain, leveling jacks, tilt/tele wheel, cobra cb radio. The living room has a tan cloth rocking chair style seat with wood trim and a fold out end table, cloth pattern jack knife sofa bed with matching valances and blinds. The dinette has rose color leather cushions and drop down table, overhead lamp, wall mirror and window. The kitchen has a corian countertop with sink covers, 3 burner stove/oven combo, fantastic fan, microwave, mirror and mosiac back splash, upper cabinets, lower cabinets and drawers, Dometic Royale Designer Series RM7130 automatic energy selector refrigerator, solid sliding wood door to the bathroom. The bathroom has tile flooring, neo-angle shower with clear glass and brass trim with upper skylight, vanity with solid top and sink with mirror cabinet above and vanity lights, towel holder, Splendide 2000 washer/dryer combo, sliding mirror closet doors, multiple drawers and cabinets/hamper. The bedroom also has a sliding solid wood door and has the bed with box spring and mattress, dual night stands, dual windows, head board with mirror above, tube tv, closet, upper cabinets and heat and A/C. The bedroom has some wallpaper peeling on the sidewalls- the walls are solid if you bang on them looks like the rear roof was sealed(see pictures) and there are a few stains but no major damage. The exterior sides are straight and solid- the decals have fading and cracking, paint chipping corner rear bumper and front bumper has some spots. There is also one spot on the lower wall that the wallpaper is peeling behind the drivers seat. For the year this is a nice unit, has normal average wear and use.
