In early 2014 I purchased this coach from the second owner with only 22k miles at the time. He had owned it since 2006, and used it sparingly, garaging it in his airplane hanger when not in use. I as well, own a warehouse and except for the race trips we"ve made in the coach, it is stored indoors as well. This was a top of Beaver"s line to include the c12 Cat 505 hp engine, 6 speed Allison transmission, 2 position exhaust brake, and retractable tag axle, super quiet Onan 10KW gen set. The following has been done during my ownership, 6 new Michelin tires with TPMS monitoring system, replaced all 6 chassis and house batteries, a New steel/copper radiator to replace the original aluminum radiator that had failed. While the radiator was out we detailed the entire engine compartment with LED lighting, all new heat/lead sound mat, new rubber shroud, Jethot coated all the air turbo tubing, replace all coolant hoses/air tube bellows, clamps, AC compressor etc, then serviced all fluids/filters, including the Onan gen set. The rear air-conditioning unit is 1 year old, and the refrigerator was replaced August 2018. If you are familiar with the Patriot Thunder brand, then you know this was top of line for the time, and still is. The original invoice was almost $325,000, and featured all the options. The coach is loaded with options, many of which you can see in the pictures, surround sound, new drop down LED tv"s, automatic dish etc. It"s ready to drive anywhere tomorrow. I regret letting it go, however health issues dictate differently. I have the title in hand, and believe I"m offering the coach at a fair price, but feel free to make a reasonable offer.
