THIS COACH BLEW A RIGHT FRONT TIRE AND HAD DAMAGE TO THE ELECTRIC STEP (REPLACED) AND RIGHT LOWER FRONT CAP. THE DAMAGED BARELY FRACTURED THE FIBERGLASS. THIS IS EASILY REPAIRABLE. THERE IS NO OTHER DAMAGE ON THIS COACH! THIS COACH RUNS AND DRIVES PERFECT, AND ALL SYSTEMS WORK PERFECT. THIS COACH HAS A TEXAS CLEAR TITLE BRANDED REBUILT* * You are bidding on a 2003 Beaver Patriot Monticello (40 footer) by Monaco Coach Corporation with Double slide outs, Full Body Paint, all on a heavy duty Roadmaster Chassis with TAG AXLE, powered by the POWERFUL Cummins ISL, 400 Horsepower, 6 Cylinder Turbo Diesel attached to a heavy duty Allison transmission. Complete with Cruise Control, chrome mirrors, hydraulic leveling system, backup camera, Air Horns, Aluminum Wheels, completely electric main awning, Rooftop Dome Satellite system (unable to test, requires subscription) and an Onan 7500 watt Quiet Diesel Generator that runs perfect! ! This coach runs and drives PERFECT! This coach has just 97,620n miles.
CONDITION : This coach has minimal damage to the front cap. This coach blew a right front tire. There is damaged to the right lower front corner of the cap (see pictures below), the fiberglass is well aligned and just needs worked/primed/painted. Please see pictures below. No other damage on this coach. No structure damage anywhere. This coach RUNS AND DRIVES perfect and can easily be driven to anywhere in the country and is CAMP READY! This coach is really nice inside and out! ! As you enter the coach through the bus style entry door, you are at the dash area. The dash and front leather seat are in great condition and are high end with multiple ways of adjustment. Overhead are some cabinets and a flat screen LCD TV. Behind the seats, on your right is a large slideout. It houses a couch that makes into a bed followed by the kitchen area. The kitchen is solid surface countertops and has porcelain tile laid in a design. All the cabinets are SOLID glossy cherry! Back to your left is the dining area with a free standing dinette . Just past this is the large four door fridge.
As you step into the middle of the coach, on your left is a private commode room with a sink. Back to your right is a large corner shower area along with a storage area. The tile extends into this area! There is also a vanity and nice mirror area in the bathroom area. To your left is also the combo Washer/Dryer unit!
As you step towards the back of the coach, on your right is another slideout that houses a queen sized bed! Back to your left are many cabinets and along the back of the coach are more cabinets and a large glass sliding closet area. This coach has lots of storage and cabinets throughout! It has double roof a/c units, and has the popular HydroHot which is a diesel fired furnace giving heat as well as hot water! The basement is HUGE with large bus style doors! The generator runs perfect and all systems have been tested and everything works! This coach has cherry cabinets throughout! Sculptured carpets in the living area. This is a super nice high end Beaver/Monaco product that is well optioned! ! This coach runs/drives PERFECT the drive line or structure was not effected in anyway. This coach has TONS of storage and a very LARGE basement!
