Vehicle description
All New: Roof, walls, interior paint, cabinets, table, beds, flooring, and door lock. The roof and front/back wall is made of one piece of aluminum, which is lightweight and rust proof. Has minor dings on the aqua color paint.
What are original: Serro Scotty Sportsman logo, frame, towing tongue, door, door handle, windows, the storage door outside Great condition despite its age.
Size: 10 feet long (total 13 feet including the towing tongue) About 1,000 lbs, which can be towed easily by almost any vehicle. Outside dimension L x W x H (in feet) is 10 x 6.375 x 6. The length of the two beds is 6 feet 3 inches. Small enough to easily fit into a standard garage door. Lightweight enough to move around by one person on a smooth, flat surface.
Beds: Sleeps up to 2 adults + 2 small children or 3 adults. A very comfortable and clean 6 inch deep mattress. Easy to add a bunk bed to make it sleep 4 adults. Comes with all bedding.
Kitchen: A sink, water drain lines (with fresh water and gray water line output and hoses) All new: microwave, hot water kettle, coffee maker and some camping kitchen items. A 2-burner electric hot plate You can use the hot plate inside on the kitchen countertop or on a camping kitchen table outside. There are two outlets outside near the camper door.
Curtains: Custom made. Functional, super clean, and very cute as well.
Other Amenities: A portable personal AC fan (the latest restoration left a spot for easy installation of a permanent AC) A vintage cooling fan (color matched) A portable heater All like new and work great. The bug screens on windows and door are in good condition as well. No bathroom means low maintenance. You can add a portable toilet if desired. A separated camping shower/potty tent set can be added to the deal, price negotiable (see "NOTES"). Comes with the color matched vintage chair in the pictures.
Lighting: All interior lighting is LED. New tail lights and all new electrical lines.
Tires and Exterior: Both tires are in excellent condition but not original. Comes with a spare tire as well. Frame rails are solid, no crack or weak points. When not in use, the camper has been stored under the shade with a UV protective cover. Comes with the UV cover and a camper storage cover.
