Vehicle description
This is a vintage 1964 Serro Scotty Sportsman that has provided many great Summers of adventure for us. Length is 10" teardrop shell, 13" overall which includes trailer hitch tongue. Trailer is 1 7/8" ball. Towable by any medium size car, we towed it with minivans.
Over time it developed a corner that the wood became soft, so we began a renovation. As we were deconstructing, we decided we wanted to replace the icebox with a refrigerator, reconfigure the gaucho bed, and . . etc, in retrospect, we (I) made it into a larger renovation than it needed to be, and bigger project than I should have undertaken. Now we aren"t going to be able to finish this renovation due to other commitments, so it"s yours to finish as you like.

We just don"t have time to finish this project, so want to hand it over to you to complete as you wish. We"ll give you all the original equipment, and parts, as well as what we bought to complete it. You will receive everything you need to complete the project. We can also plug you into the awesome network of Scotty owners, and vintage repair network.

The $5,000 is firm, I have more than that it into this project and to sell it for less than asking will make selling it that much more painful, I"m already sorry it has to go.
