Before i start talking about this unique Avion , i need you to know :my life is not controlled by a computer or telephone , so i"m not answering questions lighting fast , every morning i open my old PC after a cup of coffee and see what kind of questions i have to answer , if i don"t know the answer i will tell you that .Also important for you to know : there is no title , bill of sale will be provided .The Avion is in the same family for over at least 15 years .The Avion comes with a brand new tongue jack still in box .Shipping or pick up is for buyers expanse Avion is sold where is as is. Pick up after full buying amount is received by seller .Okay here we go ,I"m selling this Avion for a friend of mine , he owns 2 food trailers and had the idea to turn this in a 1 of a kind food trailer ,he started to work on it and did already a lot of work to it .He wanted to sell "bad ass" old style burgers and wanted to call it "TOP BUN" so that explains the paintings on the outside from the movie "TOP GUN" .I just realized that a gave away a brilliant idea and business name for free ; ) Any how this is what he has done to it :it has been gutted and outfitted with a 100 amp panel . wired for 2 roof top AC"s . Twist lock electrical connection with 50 amp rv cord .One new sliding concession style window .Large loading door on the driver side for loading equipment and stock the trailer . Painted the decals on the outside . As going through the pictures there some more things he had done .He kept the bathroom intact . so toilet , sink and bath top is all there but not tested has the original fresh , grey and black tank , not tested for functionality The passenger side awning is missing but you can install the driver side awning on the passenger side .There is still an ac on the roof but not tested , pretty sure it needs replacement .He took the water heater out and wanted to install a residential water heater .Tires are okay and rolls free .the unit is been sitting as is for over 5 years (no leaks discovered / no soft floor)Tail lights not tested . If Avion will reach the reserve price : a new battery will be provided and as mentioned a brand new tongue jack . We don"t know the year of the trailer , my guess is around 80 " s 34 ft. in length no title bill of sale . Reason for selling : to busy over the years with 2 food trailers and a farm .This is a change to finish this unique food trailer and make money , plus an unbelievable eye catcher . Many opportunities : tiny house / office / commercial marker etc .I took the pictures myself about 2 weeks ago , the Avion is located 20 minutes from my house , so when i,ve to go out there to answer a question or requesting more pictures , it can take a little bit before i answer . Avion can be picked up after full payment is cleared$500 deposit within 24 hours after end of auction through Ebay . Full payment within 5 business days (money order or cashiers check) IF THE TYPE OF PAYMENT HAS TO CLEAR THROUGH THE BANK , Avion WILL NOT BE RELEASED TILL BANK STATED GOOD TO GO .
