31ft Travel Trailer, Sleeps 4 comfortably can sleep 5. 2 twin beds in back and 1 queen bed in the front. We painted the cabinets and woodwork , put in a new toilet, all new water lines a new bathroom floor. The radio, stove top, oven and counter tops are all original. A new wood floor throughout the camper. There are tons of cabinet space. Dual propane tanks. There are a few things that I know need some attention: the bath tub has a crack in it, the awning needs a spring and some of the lights on the outside need new covers. It’s a good solid camper. We have enjoyed this camper very much but our boys have gotten bigger so we need a bigger camper.
