Exterior Lighting System : "The running lights have not been tested. Count on using potable trailer lights to haul it."

Interior Electrical System : "Most lights work inside. Some bulbs are blown or missing."
Bathroom : "Two piece bathroom is original and in good looking condition. The Potty has been taken out at some point in its history. Great original tub/shower combo, original cupboard with sink."
Interior Walls : "The ceiling and walls in great condition old furnace is unchecked. " "Overall the interior is in very good original condition, see pics."
Floors : "The floors are very solid. No soft spots noted in any of the walking areas." The front wood sub floor under rug around the edges is rotted but again no soft spots detected in any of the walking areas."
Cabinetry : "The cabinets are in fantastic condition. Unit has all of the wonderful wood interior and magnet hold lift up cupboards. They are firmly attached and the finish still looks great. All original hardware."
And More! : "The trailer has newer tires and tows great, will tow anywhere in the USA from here at highway speeds. Most of the interior electric lights work and fridge/freezer is getting ice cold on electric and working as it should. The windows are in good condition."
