Clean, solid classic trailer ready to go ANYWHERE. Needs a few repair items, see details below.
Hitch is 2 5/16 with 7 pin round connection. Hitch hand/lift works as designed; Standard tong lock/latch as well as standard safety chains.
All exterior running lights work as does both turn signals and brake lights.
Exterior is painted white and light blue. Entrance door step is missing and a portable step is included.
Interior is in original condition with some upgrades and so need for plumbing and further repair.
Floor is solid throughout with new vinyl floor covering.
Front double fold-out gaucho couch / bed has been recovered with new cloth and vinyl. Has draws underneath that work as designed.
Side twin fold-out couch / bed has been recovered with new cloth and vinyl. Has draws underneath that work as designed.
Fold-out side table is present and works, but is in disrepair and could be fixed or replace.
Upper front slide doors and upper latch doors all work as designed. One closet door needs replaceing.
Stove has been removed with gas line turned off for the appliance.
The countertop replaced with shelf installed for microwave underneath where stove was.
Refrigerator has had gas shut off and only works on electric.
Air conditioner works but does not blow cold air.
Furnace is gas and is untested and looks complete with gas shut off. We use an electric Edenpure box heater that works great and is included.
Water Tank is present in front, original with pump; Untested fresh water holding tank system; but looks complete.
Water street hose hook up present on rear left side, shut off valve installed, some plumbing needed.
Kitchen sink removed and replaced with counter top. New sink could be added, plumbing is still present underneath.
Sink and shower in back is original and looks completed, untested never showered in it or used sink.
Toilet tank and drain repaired, it is now ready for boxing in tank and mounting a new commode.
50ft street 110v cord for power that is connected to two breakers and the rest of trailer"s electrical system that is original and all works correctly.
Battery is new and has an automatic charging / shut off system that works as designed.
Data RJ45 100ft roll street connect is included; Cable tv 100ft roll street connection is also included.
Pioneer 4 speaker surround sound and radio is included; Radio will need to be wired but did test and worked.
Exhaust fan over stove area does work as we used electric skillet to cook instead of propane gas.
Front steps are included as the original fold out steps are missing.
All exterior compartment locks have been replaced and keys included.
Entry door latches, but outside key does not work and we use a latch padlock with duplicate lock for the tong.
All windows open / close / lock with screen and seals that still work ok.
Curtains have been purchased with new track slides but not yet completed or installed. Fabric and slides included.
We have had this trailer for several years and used it as a remote office. Rims newer Airstream and tires are two years new.
