1979 - Model 34W Avion Camper, rare triple axle model with rear bedroom center bath layout. Clear Florida title.
Blue book value is 32k
The rooftop Air Conditioner was just inspected, serviced and works great. It also has a heat mode.
Tail lights and electric trailer brakes worked fine when last used last fall. Takes big 2 5/16 hitch
The refrigerator was also working fine when last used, these type elec/gas are very slow at first to cool and myst be level
Bearings are all serviced with synthetic grease
The frame is in good condition
The water tank pump is not currently hooked up but could easily be if you decide you would like to, it comes with brand new 12 volt water pump.
The 110v system and 12 volt systems work good, all 110v outlet work.
The water heater is 2 years old, it was upgraded to a 110 volt electric water heater by former owner. Former owner had it stored for many years under a rv carport.
Camper was all resealed last year and has no known leaks.
No pets or smoking were allowed in it.

The front couch folds down into a bed, both front tables fold down. We typically have 2 or 3 kitchen chairs up front around the 2 tables.
The rear bedroom has a comfortable therapeutic type queen size pillow top household type mattress, this one is good if you have back issues.
The 12 volt electric front trailer jack motor assembly was replaced new 2 years ago and works fine to lift and lower the tongue
The Kitchen countertop around the sink is new
The weight of camper on tag is 9440lb however true scale weight was reported by previous owner to be 7040 lbs, with the 3 axles it is balanced very well so the tongue weight isnt very heavy.
Comes with original owner"s manual (hardcover book), and all original pamphlets and manuals for appliances as well as warranty papers.
Has 4 leveling Jack"s all work good.
Comes with aluminum wheel chocks, 4 original aluminum round jack pads, original trailer jack also aluminum.
There are no awnings on either side, the crank up antenna was also removed already when we purchased the camper about 2 years ago
4 Tires are ok however 2 tires are older and will need replacement for any long hauls. They have been fine for drives of a few hours.
