Vehicle description
1979 - 34W (true weight of 7040lbs) foot Avion Camper, the more rare triple axle model. Clear Florida title.
The overall camper is in used but good condition. It pulls very good with our van and without sway bars. The blue book value on these seems high, the few we found that were sold were in the 18,000 range. We have priced well under that knowing its not perfect. Lots of pictures to hopefully answer most questions.
The rooftop AC was just inspected, serviced and works great. It also has a heat mode.
Tail lights and brakes worked fine when last used last fall.
The refrigerator was also working, however these type elec/gas are very slow at first to cool.
Bearings were all serviced with synthetic grease, they are good for quite a few more years.
The frame is in good condition
The water tank is not currently hooked up but could easily be if needed, comes with new 12 volt water pump not yet installed.
The 110v system and 12 volt systems work good, all 110v outlet work.
The water heater is 2 years old, it was upgraded to a 110 volt electric water heater.
Camper was all resealed last year and has no known leaks. Takes the big hitch ball 2 5/16.
No pets or smoking were allowed in it. P

This is a 34W triple axle rear bed center bath unit, the rear bedroom has a comfortable queen size pillow top household type mattress, I dont like camping mattresses.
The 12 volt electric front trailer jack was replaced new 2 years ago and works fine to lift and lower the tongue
Kitchen countertop is new
The weight of camper on tag is 9440lb however true scale weight is 7040 lbs, with the 3 axles it is balanced very well so the tongue weight isnt very heavy. We have pulled with regular f150 pickup truck without issue.
Comes with original owner"s manual (hardcover book), and all original pamphlets and manuals for appliances as well as warranty papers.
Has 4 leveling Jack"s all work good.
Comes with aluminum wheel chocks, 4 original aluminum round jack pads, original trailer jack also aluminum.
There are no awnings on either side, the crank up antenna was also removed already when we purchased the camper about 2 years ago
The power panel and inverter work well, the original radio still works but the buttons are touchy.
4 Tires are ok, 2 tires have bad weathering and need replacement for any long hauls. Fine for drives of a few hours. With 3 axles each tire carries much less weight then a 2 axle.
