Model RLT2304 is 23 ft. long, sleeps four. Sofa in front folds flat and a very comfortable queen sized Murphy bed swings down easily due to gas struts. Dinette converts to double bed. Lots of storage inside. Two exterior compartments for storage. The bathroom is the largest we’ve had on an RV. Good sized corner shower. Room to walk around in bathroom without feeling claustrophobic. Unit is like-new clean and has never had pets or smoking. The Murphy bed support and tilt mechanism has been strengthened and is better than factory design. Has always been stored inside.
