Trailer has a great layout with large bedroom in rear with walk around twin bed and separate door outside, living space in the middle with 3 electric recliners, space for dining table for four (table and two chairs missing), large kitchen with large island. Upfront large bathroom with residential shower/tub, washer and dryer, and large bedroom with walk around king bed. It is approximately 46 feet long, with GVWR weight 18,000 lb. Trailer has 4 slide-outs, electric awning with led lightening, and three air conditioners.
The trailer has Louisiana Salvage Certificate title due to storm damage all around the trailer. Skirts, and some siding panels were replaced. Still has cosmetic damages. Please see pictures of damages. Trailer was towed from Louisiana to California, and is road worthy with all of the appliances and mechanicals in working order.
