Power awning with led strip lights. Tri axle model, full size residential water heater and refrigerator, washer and dryer. Has carpet protector down with perfect carpet and super clean new smell . Fire place does not work its the only thing that needs replacing. Camper has a rebuilt title. It was insurance auctioned due to hail damage that is really non existent except one or two very small dings. There is nothing wrong with it other than the fire place, on /off switch not working . We bought it to stay in for a hurricane remodel but , we didn"t never have a need to stay in it. Bid with confidence! There will be no issues transffering, tagging or insuring it.
