Bought in January 2020 from camping world Atlanta. I have title in hand free and clear. I used it while i was in Florida doing some training. It saved me some money by not renting so save yourself from the dealer fees and being over priced. I will include the sewer pipes, water hoses and anything else i can think of.
It has electric stabilizer jacks, electric tongue jack, power awning with led lights under it. I have all of the manuals for the appliances.
The floor has a small tear, it was like that when i bought it. The stove vent stopped working. Probably something easy but im no self do it person. Tvs are included and they do swing out.
