DESCRIPTION & FEATURES: This is a slightly used 2018 Heartland Pioneer BH 270 travel trailer weighing about 6,300 pounds. This trailer has a slide out, an awning, and dual entry doors. Also features full-size bunk beds, dinette sofa, sofa sleeper, and queen bedroom, easily accommodating 7-8 people.
Upon entering the front door, you will find a handy bench with coat hooks above. To the left, is the combined kitchen and living area. The kitchen features an angled double sink, with drawers and cabinets under the sink. In addition, there is an oven with a three-burner stove range, above cabinetry for your dishes, a refrigerator, and a pantry. Within the slide out along the opposite side of the room, you will find a sofa and a dinette. Along the interior wall, adjacent to the slide out there’s an in the wall cd player and an entertainment center, where you can add a TV. The three-person sofa features a drink holder in the middle with a USB adapter to plug in your favorite device(s).
The bathroom has a small tub/shower combo, toilet, and sink with upper and lower cabinet storage. One of the dual entry doors is here in the bathroom allowing easy access to use the bathroom. Sleeping space for four people can be found in the rear right corner of the trailer. Here there are two double bunk beds (mattress not included) , with a small ladder, to allow easy access to the top bunk. On the opposite side of the trailer, is a sliding door which separates the front bedroom from the rest of the trailer to help create privacy. In the bedroom, you will find nightstands with upper and lower storage cabinets and more storage underneath the bed area (queen mattress not included). There is plenty of outside storage and easy access to use the outside shower hose. Also, comes with two propane tanks and cover, spare tire, and a battery with cover.
