We purchased a second home in Florida recently (somewhat unplanned!) and that will be taking up all our spare time for quite awhile, so we decided to part with our Ollie rather than leave it parked.
The trailer has an aerodynamic design, is lightweight and is fully insulated and self-contained. It can be towed comfortably behind a mid or full sized SUV. I tow it with my Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.0L V6 Diesel (towing capacity 7,400 lbs).
It has a full custom molded interior and exterior fiberglass shell and is built for four season camping. We are the original owners (November 2017) and the trailer is absolutely immaculate. Tank capacity: fresh water 32.5 gallons, grey water 35.5 gallons, black water 18.5 gallons.

All hoses, power cords, outdoor mats, Anderson levelers, wheel chocks, jack pads, sidewinder sewer hose support, adj. water pressure regulator, power cord/plug adapters, etc. are included. Everything you need to start camping.
Also, the wait on a new Oliver order is currently about 6 months and prices have gone up. My asking price is $8,000 below my investment in the trailer and probably more than that below a new comparably equipped trailer.
Might be obvious, but this item does not ship - I am assuming the buyer will want to inspect it in person and tow it home themselves.
The trailer is only available for pickup in CT through Dec 30th, at that point we will either relocate it for the winter to make it easier for a potential buyer to tow it (i.e., relo to a place with no snow), or leave it stored and relist it in the spring.
