Im not sure just how old this cart is, I have only had it since 2017. The previous owner built it himself so I think it is pretty sturdy. I have never used it to haul anything but am using it to store things, such as gas and oil cans, push mower, shovels etc. It is clean and dry but paint is chipping some on the outside so it will need to be repainted or just some touch up. Comes with a spare tire. This cart hasn"t been registered by me since I bought it but it is titled, thats as far as I ever got with it, besides I only used it for storage. But it is in good condition and ready to go. Buyer will be responsible for pickup, I will NOT ship. AND NO BEST OFFERS. Price is FIRM.
