Vehicle description
I had this trailer custom fabricated in 2009 originally and titled it as a homemade trailer. In 2016, I completely sandblasted and repainted it. I primed it first with epoxy primer and used a black bedliner paint to do the complete trailer to prevent it from chipping and rusting the best I could.
The trailer was built to transport multiple boats on trailers. So look at the pictures for examples of what it can be used for. I have never hauled a car on this trailer, but built it with that in mind. There is 3/16" treadplate the entire length of the deck. I welded on brackets to the back so ramps could be used.
The fenders are just bolted on. They are the thin stamped fenders from Redneck Trailer. I intended to have custom 3/16" tread plate fenders cut, bent & secured by bolting them on so they could be replaced if ever damaged but ran out of time when I was rebuilding it. So the fenders on it now are bent up, but are bolted on and replaceable.
The steel uprights & crossbars do not come with the trailer, but can be purchased for an additional amount.
Details:
Clear Homemade Title
Overall Length: 37.5" (length does not include bolt on coupler)
Deck Length: 33" 7"
Overall Width: 102"
Deck Width: 82" Between Fenders
3 x 7,000lb Axles
4 tires are almost new & commercial grade. The 2 tires on front axles are good, just cheap quality.
I do NOT know what the trailer weighs, but it is heavy and has to be pulled with a minimum of a 1 ton dually. I pull it with a Chevy 3500 Dually with Diesel and it does a great job. I just don"t use the trailer as much as I thought I would.
