Pristine condition 2016 Sanibel model 3601, 5th wheel. So why are we selling this beauty ?
In 2016 I worked in Minnesota and living in motels day in and day out got expensive, I had no ability to do any home cooking or have my family join me, so we bought this 5th wheel brand new. The camper was hauled to Minnesota in May and brought back home in late October before the snow fell. During the winter months, it was stored in our barn. I used the camper for three years, which had a dedicated spot each year, so once parked, it stayed at the campground for the entire season. Pull time is under 2,000 miles. Needless to say, the job has been completed and I now am back home and have no need for this second home.
Each year it was professionally winterized prior to being stored and each spring, it was professionally detailed. The nose cone has been repainted because the clear coat and Sanibel sticker was starting to discolor.
This is a great investment for someone wanting a smoke free 5th wheel. Other options we have added and WILL be included: Dish Tailgater Satellite system, Slide Out Awnings, improved jack feet, dual batteries, dual air conditioners, Air Max vent covers and a “Fantastik” kitchen vent with rain sensor and remote.
No need to furnish the kitchen - It’s ALL included if you want it ! (Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, some small appliances)
Sliding goose neck hitch is INCLUDED as well ! (If needed)
There is NO lien and we have a clear tile on hand .
