I just got off the phone with the owner who is 80 years old and he is in need of money to pay for medical bills for his son. This is over 15k below book. There is another Raptor of the same exact dimensions here local on CL that is listed for 60k and it does NOT have a new roof, new awning, new tires and isn"t loaded as this one is. If you"re dealing with a bank you will have no problem getting financing for this coach at this price. They use NADA and it comes in somewhere above 60k. Call the listed number.
I am selling this RV for an elderly gentleman who stayed for a short time in the park where I live. He intended to do so full time but health matters changed his plans. This RV is now in a storage facility here in Denton. Everything works. If you are a serious buyer and ready to buy you will be put in touch with the owner who has a clear Texas title in his own name. No liens or anything of that nature.
This is a top of the line Keystone Raptor that has about everything available to create a luxury experience for the person who wants a five star adventure whether you"re parked on your own piece of land, or boondocking in some beautiful location of your choosing. To free you from the constraints of conventional park settings this unit has an Onan Marquis 5500 onboard generator that will run both AC"s (there are three AC units in this coach), the microwave and any other appliance simultaneous without any problem. It also comes equipped with two 30 gallon gas tanks, one which is dedicated to your generator and the other for any toys that you have but you always have the option to use your power fill station to transfer fuel to the other tank for extended stays. This generator has just been serviced and both the carburetor and the fuel pump are new and it only has 186 hours on it.
On the inside this Raptor has the upgraded cabinets, a four door refrigerator, a fireplace, recessed lighting, a combination convection oven/microwave, granite countertops, two large flat smart screen tvs, a satellite dish system (so that wherever you are you can watch your favorite programs), a washer dryer stack, and the master bed is power and with the remote you can conform it to whatever position keeps you comfortable. You may go on vacation and decide to never come home. .
The garage area has two power beds with the lower one able to be configured into two couches. It is 11" deep. With the rear door you can lower it into a deck with safety rails and a set of stairs for tailgating in style. This coach will sleep 7 people. There are two bathrooms with only one shower located at the top of the stairs just outside of the master bedroom.
I will add that one awning was left down in high winds and as a consequence it destroyed the awning and damaged the roof skin so both were replaced. In other words you have a new roof that is less than two years old and a new awning. Both of these repairs were done at Camping World. The awnings are electric. I should also mention that it has new tires as of 2020. The last picture is of NADA values.
