| “ This unit is in excellent condition. The exterior has no damage all the graphics are all in good shape the color has not faded. The tires are two years old including the spare and have only one trip on them (1000 miles) The roof has no leaks and has been cleaned and conditioned twice every year. All the seat cushions have no tears or wear showing. The floors have no damage or wear. The water heater is new bought in Jan. 2018 The inverter was replaced in July 2018 The transfer switch was replaced in 2017 under a factor recall. The power awning works good the slides work good and have automatic awning on them also. The generator starts and run great and will power the entire unit. The unit has double ac units that will cool the unit like a freezer. The fuel station for the generator and the toys works good. Everything works as it should. ” |

I purchased this unit about 3 years ago from a friend of mine. I am selling only because my wife can no longer travel. The unit has been maintained and cared for meticulously. We were only able to use it 3 times. It has always been in dry storage while not in use. The Raptor is constructed with a mig welded aluminum inner frame (all the studs are aluminum in stead of wood) the exterior walls are fiberglass this makes for a very strong and low maintenance RV. The Raptor is one of the leading quality toy hauler in the industry. The unit has a 110 gallon fresh water tank. The grey water is a 78 gallon tank. The black water has a 39 gallon tank. The propane has two 30 pound tanks. The main awning is power and 18 ft long. The front leveling jacks are electric over hydraulic the rear jacks are electric. The master bedroom has a slide and the living room area has a slide. The unit has corian counter tops thru out.The unit is designed to sleep 8, (more depending on how friendly you are). The cargo (garage) area is 10 ft. it has two king size beds or can be used as a dinning room also. Both beds are power and are raised up to load the cargo. The main ac unit is ducted thru out the unit (including the garage) the master bed room has a additional unit that can be used just for that room. The garage also has a super fan to move air when the ac is not needed. The unit needs nothing, it is ready to use. You won"t be disappointed. You can call or text me @ ask for Dee. P.S.
