This camper is like new! We used it only a few times this year, and previously it’s been used maybe one month out of each year. It still smells new! The model features a private front queen bedroom with night stands and shirt closets. In the rear are two double bed size bunks. The sofa and dinette both convert into additional sleeping. There is also storage under each. The entertainment center has an HDTV that swivels to be viewed in the bedroom as well. There is also a built-in AM/FM/CD/DVD player with Bluetooth capability and USB charging port. It’s connected to surround sound entertainment speakers on the inside and outside of the camper. The kitchen has a double sink, three burner gas cook top, microwave oven, and a refrigerator. There are cupboards and a pantry for plenty of storage. The bathroom is in the rear next to the bunk beds and features a tub/shower, toilet, sink, and medicine cabinet. The unit features ducted A/C and furnace as well as 2-30lb propane tanks for plenty of fuel. The exterior features Dexter E-Z lube axles, black framed tinted safety glass windows, a power awning with LED patio light strip, power stabilizing jacks, power tongue with remote, upgraded tires and rims, an outdoor shower, and a rear bumper that pulls out for a built-in bike rack. There are no soft spots and there have never been any leaks. The camper has never been smoked in or around. Everything works perfectly on the camper. Everything is original except the TV, antenna, and rims. We are selling it because we don’t use it as much as we thought we would. All manuals and paperwork will be included. I will also include the sewer hose, water hose, water pressure regulator, anti-sway hitch system ($400 new), leveling blocks, wheel chocks, black tank cleaning wand.
