2014 Keystone Cougar 5th wheel 327 RES like new adult only. RV has always been smoke free -pet free. This Cougar features 3 slide outs each with its own awning topper. Plus one big awning for shade. There has never been any water damage nor has it ever been in any kind of accident. Kitchen features stove, oven , microwave, fridge/freezer. Pictures shows 2 chairs but have all 4 two are in my basement they just take up unnecessary space. Rv is 36 plus feet long. Living room furniture is a chocolate brown color and is leather type material with no rips or tears looks like new. There are 2 swivel, recliner, rockers type chairs. 32 inch tv with surround sound ,stereo ,DVD, VCR . Nice fireplace. The bed has a 2 year old queen size house mattress. Rv has only been used 3 times. It comes with Goodyear Endurance tires ST 235/80 R16. 2 new 11-2019 and 2 just put on .Rv has the polar package and heated under neath storage. It has a sliding rear bumper for storage. Plus a new swagman bike rack. All personal items shown in pictures will be removed when sold. Rv is sold with no warranty of any kind.
