PLEASE do not hit buy it now without wife’s permission! ! ! Took over a week to fix that mess. Ok this is a 2014 Keystone Cougar 327 RES 5 th wheel RV as you can see. It is like new inside only used three times once in Florida and twice in Arizona. It has 3 slide outs with toppers , a big awning for shade, sleeps 4 Has always been smoke free and pet free There has never been any accidents or water damage. The kitchen has stove, Fridge, freezer ,microwave. Bathroom has a nice size shower that was never used and toilet or course. 2 doors in bathroom. Bedroom has a 2 year old house queen size mattress, double sliding door closet ,it has a space for a washer/dryer that I put ,hug a rod for longer cloths. Living room has 2 nice swiveling reclining chairs ,with a big. L shaped couch ,tv surround sound ,DVD player , stereo Indoor and outdoor speakers. Living room furniture is a chocolate brown color leather/vinyl material. There are 4 table chairs I only take 2 they just take up space . Tires are like new just put 2 on last week and put the other 2 on November of 2019 they are Goodyear endurance ST235/80R16 load E tires.Fill free to call me with any and all questions John. Almost forgot the fireplace in the living room sure takes off the chill on those cold Arizona mornings. Quite a bit of storage underneath I just put on a new bike rack.
